How To Start Running When You’re Overweight, this is definitely a question I asked myself when I was over 300 pounds. I knew I wanted to lose the weight and I knew if I started running the weight would come off… but it was hard. Running While Overweight is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to overcome and the tips I was reading and hearing about back in the day were fine, but didn’t tell the whole picture. I want to share with you folks five things I wish I knew about losing weight with running in hope that you will be able to reach your goals.
